Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Only good thing about TVH is that it has a good looking CEO who lives in her own world. With this arrogant lady every logic starts and ends with her. Employee don’t come here to work but to do office politics to save their job on daily basis.

Dislikes

This company has a bad hire and fire culture. Don’t leave your secured job for this place. Location is worst and job security, work culture, quality of work, learning and growth are non-existent.
