Cons: Very good company culture. Management is very supportive and flexible on part of work life balance. Weekly 2 days office only and cab provided at flexible timing. Lunch and snacks are provided at cafeteria without any deduction.

Company not taken any steps yet to compensate the loss of salary in terms of stock options. 3. Poor hike and biasness, favouritism. 4. Good benefits, and work life balance. Good culture across org. Flexible and empathetic leadership. Good HR. Transparent. Multiple paths available to switch to if desired and mgmt is supportive of that. It's a good company actually.

A bit slow. Not working on bleeding edge tech. Catching up to cloud, analytics, DevOps, AI now. Process changes are slow due to the enterprise setup, need lot of consensus. If you need things to move very quickly, it's a bit tuff.

India office culture is too bad. There is no work life balance and managers do more politics than work. They will call you 10 pm at night and also and weekends and expect you to work.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
