No salary hike and no promotion,even though we have lot of experience in that work they will hire new person from outside who don't have any knowledge about tat subject and the experienced person have to teach them n thy give promotion to the new joining and not the old one.

I like the environment ,team support understanding nature or the team leader cooperatives seniors and I also like the employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

There is no salary appraisal policy and there is no leaves policy for junior department like data entry operator guards etc.

Colleagues are helpful, good learning and networking, gives good salary

Dislikes

Some people are in system for more than 5 years, they think they are heroes, Boss insults you in front of team, no support from ur managers except grilling, worst environment to work, demotovating mangers sitting in their comfort zone.

i am working in times of india company as a MIS executive.working environment is very good in our company.the company is open to innovative & reliable adopts latest technology . i love tha fact that i am the part of times team thats make reliable, high quality product and has a globle client base

...ent, but growth is slow. no problem in work beacuse of work environment is good.but some of problem in salary increments compare to the your qualities.

... scope for indoor game fascility, inter depertment football, cricket tournament. Fair appraisal procedure and provide fair salary hike yearly. Moreover got fair amount of Target Variable Payout yearly.

Dislikes

Faced some bad politics. Management hardly addressed the issues. Really a hard worker hardly gets promotions in due course.
