Some people are in system for more than 5 years, they think they are heroes, Boss insults you in front of team, no support from ur managers except grilling, worst environment to work, demotovating mangers sitting in their comfort zone.

Work life balance is much better on organisation level. While this is also dependent on reporting manager. Because have seen people suffering as well. But overall it’s ok.

Appraisal are really low. New SOPs in Response are really tarnishing companies image. The entire industry is struggling due to no proper calculation metrics for ROI.

I love the work culture working with The Times of India, their contemporary style of working. Also that they have amazing people at senior level under whose mentorship people can learn and grow.

Before Covid, we didn't have the hybrid mode of working. I had a kid and I had no one to take care of her thus I left my job. Otherwise I would have continued to work with The Times of India. Their infrastructure for single mothers or mothers with more responsibilities should have been more friendly.

Good work culture and environment. Supportive team member and HOD. Got scope for indoor game fascility, inter depertment football, cricket tournament. Fair appraisal procedure and provide fair salary hike yearly. Moreover got fair amount of Target Variable Payout yearly.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
