...ees were forced to resign.Didn"t like it.we gave 12 yeas of life to the company. We are ready to work without pay if the company needs me during this difficult time. But the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am the part of team that market reliable, high quality product s and has a global client base we work happily in collaborations. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

That time the work Pressure very high in my duty. Daily, T had to work 10-12 hours Straight in a day. boss do not value individuals Unique strengths. Boss had mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.

Dislikes

No salary hike and no promotion,even though we have lot of experience in that work they will hire new person from outside who don't have any knowledge about tat subject and the experienced person have to teach them n thy give promotion to the new joining and not the old one.
