Some people are in system for more than 5 years, they think they are heroes, Boss insults you in front of team, no support from ur managers except grilling, worst environment to work, demotovating mangers sitting in their comfort zone.

... scope for indoor game fascility, inter depertment football, cricket tournament. Fair appraisal procedure and provide fair salary hike yearly. Moreover got fair amount of Target Variable Payout yearly.
