... at this place. After initial HR discussion, they gave me an assignment to make. After submitting the assignment, the founder tells me he can pay me half of what I was earning at my present company. He didn't understand marketing strategy and wants you to give him answers he has already planned in this mind. They lost a good employee & a customer too. After reading the reviews, so glad this didn't work put. Also, try redwolf.com, they have better prints for t-shirts.

...zation, just like their organisational structure, their mentality is also small. As a reader you won't believe the firms attrition rate is higher than the industry standards, their Co-founders are unfit to run an organisation like TSS and my suggestion to them was start from the bottom level in their professional lives soo that they know what it feels like an employee at their firm Apart from a few understanding colleagues, nothing is worth investigating your time here just for the sake of salary. Not sure if the founders are delusional or blind to everything that happens. No matter how hard you try, how much you give for the company, all you'll ever be is a Slave. Pathetic work culture, inexperienced senior. They don't how to resolve team issues. They only know how to give warning letters and PIP letter on little mistakes. No job security. Too much politics. Founders are also involved in that. No training, no appreciation.

Okay, I have a lot of things to start on. Let's go point by point. 1 Overconfident bunch of managers and TL's. Ronit Chodankar is most toxic so called manager you will ever come across in marketplace team. He doesn't have any work experience of being manager in his entire work history. My suggestion is to get yourself trained first before leading a team & then take a tag of being manager. 2. Not so good experience working with Kushal Parwani he will never try to understand your side he will blindly trust TL. He expects you to say YES to everything. Work structure is worst in this team there is no SOP or KRA given. Teammates are uneducated mostly 10th fail people shifted from the company’s factory to online department. They will never support you when it comes to work literally you will have to beg them. Dipshi is the worst person in the team. They will switch off their phone when help needed. Since they are old people in the company they have a unity & support from co founders directly. So you will be never accepted in the team. They expect you to be available on every saturday. 3. Teammates will give all the negative feedback to the manager. They will torture you to the level that you yourself resign. They will bombard you with multiple task in a day with unrealistic target to achieve. 4. Appraisal are based on the feedback received from the teammates & not on your work. 5. Even after completing 1yr in the company they will give you 2 ka rating which means PIP so forget about getting a decent hike. Finally you will be thrown out of the company without giving honest feedback on your work. It's extremely difficult to work with this team you will loose your mental peace for sure. 6. The whole foundation of the company is based on lie. Kindly connect to ex employee of this team on linkedin before joining. Els you will regret. 7. You cannot even put your point in this company your mouth should be always shut & say yes to everything that's the only way to survive here. This company doesn't care about your decision of leaving the company they only want profit for the company. 8. Jyoti Soni is one of the worst HR you will ever come across. Riya Narvekar is kid who really needs to grow as adult to be in that position first she is just a puppet of the manager. Her life goals are only to enjoy her time here & not to be true to her role. Worst experience ever with such HR. 9. I have lot of things to say but if you want mental peace & growth don't even think of joining this company. The place is doom. Joining THE SOULED STORE was biggest mistake of my life. There is nothing like respect here.

Ah, where do I even start. Apart from a few understanding colleagues, nothing is worth investigating your time here just for the sake of salary. Not sure if the founders are delusional or blind to everything that happens- especially in the Customer Experience team. No matter how hard you try, how much you give for the company, all you'll ever be is a Slave. When it comes to handling volumes of queries, you will always be a part of the "team", but God forbid, if you fall sick or have an emergency in the family, you are suddenly not a part of the team! When I joined, they said it'll be a 5 and half days week, but when the Rollercoaster roster will be made you'll see you might even work for 6 days straight, don't even get me started with the shift timings.. almost every other day, there will be shift extension due to "low team strength" which could be easily avoided if the agents were given exceptions once in a while when it came to week offs. Like you won't be able to even plan a vacation, cause you won't know when "the team" will need you. One TL is always having week offs or comp offs, and even when she has her shift, you'll have to fight heavens to get a hold of her. The other obnoxious, being an agent herself before being a TL, she was expected to at least recognize the hardships the current agents go through.. but no! She was busy being a "dictator", you are sick- send medical documents, I mean are you for real? Unplanned leaves are called unplanned, because no one expects themselves to be sick at a given point of time! And I speak for all when I say this, if agents were treated with a little bit of understanding, there would be zero unplanned leaves. But no, they are way too busy playing TLs and taking advantage of their roles rather than actually doing their jobs. The department will always be short staffed, either because people will leave the job or because they will lay off people just like that! And the worst is this letting go attitude. They are ready to let go of team members who are actually good performers, than negotiate or find solutions to why the people leaving the company. Almost throughout the year, you'll find ads for recruiting CE agents, why? Because a permanent solid team is difficult to maintain than hiring people for the sake of listening to customer issues.. The only way you'll survive in this company is by being puppets and being highly unempathetic towards anyone and everyone. If this persists, the company will soon have to do a lot in maintaining an online image, not sure about the other departments, but CE team is a mess you'd not want to dip your legs into. Don't let their Instagram handle fool you, the SM team is doing a good job! But all that glitters is definitely not gold
