There is not any politics, the team culture is good.

There is no work-life balance. A clear definition was not shared at the time of hiring, probably because a lot more is expected from its employee - each one of us do many things with no additional pay. There is no benefits like medical or transportation either.

I've been with The Smarketers for a long time. To keep it short, it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The work culture, management, opportunities for learning and growth, and the support from the CEO are all exceptional.

The work-life balance is really good. I like the company culture, even though we are connected virtually, we never miss celebrating events/festivals. Very flexible in the working hours. End of the day, what matters is the deliverables which we have promised to the client. Regularly connect with the CEO and daily updates on the progress we have made so far. Very encouraging environment, which everyone looks out for. Direct interaction with Clients helps us to stay on the same page and understand the concerns or positive points which client has.

There is nothing which I dislike about The SMarketers.
