If you are in mid-level management, the senior management will drive you insane! This company has nothing organized (from folks to SOP/matrix). Your KRA covers a huge portion to manage on a daily basis and the KPI is limited which makes no sense since you are working on a lot of things but get judged only on a few things. You will stand far away from R&R sessions. You will be brutally grinded in monthly sales reviews no matter how well your cluster/area/zone has performed. The management will not hesitate to slit your throat since the blade of termination is always on your throat. You are the decision-maker of your team and no matter how logical and analytical your decisions are, you will be questioned from a pretext of humiliation. This company is a nightmare for any employee whose approach to working is realistic, organic, and calculative. Being ambitious and competitive in this company will hold no point. You and your colleagues at the end of the day will be sailed on the same boat.

The Management is more concern on Hiring not to Keep the old employees Too much of pressure a Front end team is Main piller for any company but here they make your life hell with calls meetings Camera no work life balance even after doing it all finally u get no incentives as they have many reasons to cut. Hardly of you are lucky ull get 30k max for a year. No one listens when asked for anything here

The work culture is horrible. They have not even streamlined a single process. Everyone has a different answer. The worst part is the co- founder does not have manners to talk. She does not want to listen to anyone. Do not want to take feedback. Also every now and then they keep on changing the process. It is really difficult for the crm agents to adapt new things. Worst company I have ever worked in.
