The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. Marketing team is badly lead by a poor leader, the leader is so poor that he doesn’t have basic directional skills , doesn’t even know what is happening in his own team. Each and every time the useless management listen to him cause the HR manager (Alisha sanghvi) is a crime partner of him .. And yeah by the way my name is Nainesh and I don't fear to them...
