The COO (Karan) needs to understand that micromanagement sucks!! He also needs to stop being a ducking complaint box. Retail is a people-centric verticle, and the COO is worst with the people. It mostly looks like he has some personal vendetta against employees. He asks questions but he doesn't want to hear any answer in fear that the person will tell the truth and that's not the answer he is willing to hear. The C-level management is in denial mode all the time. Instead of making the processes easy, they further complex them. The monthly review is a mess. What's fun to know is that the data is always wrong, you check the DSR or the Dashboard. I petty the competitors who have somehow got the data of the company, numbers are wrong buddy! Coming back to the monthly review, it's a mess for several other reasons too. Negative sales scrutiny, new discoveries during the review, and then sucking the life out of the managers by using foul words (official language). The C and D-level folks fight among themselves and then question their level-downs in the middle of the fight. The fight forward depends upon the mid-level manager's answer who just wants the day to get over! and to be honest, doesn't matter what answer he gives, everyone loses their dignity by the EOD and the mid-level manager, the wish to live. So, a lot of things which is enough to make you quit the job without even having any offer in hand. The company can un-stressfully continue to grow with employees giving their best productivity possible and sustainable growth but nope! 50-meter race it is! The level-ups are failing to understand the fact that the faster you run in the beginning, the sooner your race is over!

If someone wants to feel that how dictatorship is work then joi this company, Karan singla, Priyanka Salot they are like dictator and we employees are slave. They are shouting on the people like that we are slave believe me Karan singla is gonna be disaster for this company and one more thing the pressure is too too intense timing is very very strict and if your store's sale is low then believe me they are putting egg stone on you in every meeting. And they don't want to listen anything . I've never seen this type of management and Coo who alway do micromanaging

Guys whom so ever is thinking to join at store or area level.Do remember you and your team will be under scrutiny via CCTV audit, Call audits, Mystery shopping etc etc. Moreover this audits are not to improve the work culture but to find out mistakes and then it will be highlighted via emails to ALL. Then comes our COO Karan Singla's jobs he will literally start targeting people. He has no manners to talk he talk likes a uneducated guy. He is backed up by founders so behaves ruthlessly and is not scared to use abusive language to anyone. No respect for individuals in this company.
