The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. Worst company. I would recommend you don't join this company; it is the worst for employees.

There are good opportunities for career growth here. Even with limited experience I got the chance to handle projects independently. The senior staff are supportive and help us improve skills
