Difficult COO. I believe that he does not know that he is a Micro-Manager. But its not his fault entirely. Who will tell him this ? As his lady best friend has hired him. Worst thing he uses foul words . Who doesn't wants to give their best? everybody tries to ! But keeping staff under injured mind-set is no way to run a business. No one follows the hierarchy. We all understand its a start up . I did signed up for this but what the duck is this ?10hrs and multiple days 12hrs. Way too many nonsense reports which everyone sits on it the entire day. And they want business ! which is partially correct but logically not !! They have technically made all the managers MIS associates all day long on Useless Reports. HRs need to behave like HRs not just to do a mediator or higher managements assistant. Typical Rangoli competition wale HR. The company norms applies to all C and D levels. Most basic thing violated is the bad mouth COO. Why this not under behavioral issue or under code of conduct??? I understand work life balance and mental health/peace is a fairly dust , it doesn't exist but the happiness getting screwed out on your Week offs. Who appreciates it?? Critical but uncontrolled Management. Do not spoil your career by joining this company!!

The Management is more concern on Hiring not to Keep the old employees Too much of pressure a Front end team is Main piller for any company but here they make your life hell with calls meetings Camera no work life balance even after doing it all finally u get no incentives as they have many reasons to cut. Hardly of you are lucky ull get 30k max for a year. No one listens when asked for anything here
