Don't trust positive reviews here. They are paid. They removed all the negative reviews. Micromanagement, toxicity, negativity, no freedom, rude & unclear leadership, spineless CXOs, rude lady founder who is toxic and a silent co-founder. Don't know how they reached at this level. And I am sure they won't be able to sustain. Don't come here even at 100% pay raise, if you love your mental peace.

The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. It scarred me for life working here, no one knows anything specially the marketing team and the CMO. Giving free mattress to increase walkins is something a CMO takes pride in for doing this stupid marketing tactics whereas its target customer is Nccs A , what a marketing miss. Please don’t join even if they give you 100 percent hike.
