All top bosses, including Founder, COO, and Retail Head, are not from retail background, so they don't understand how retail works. They're setting unrealistic targets and KPIs, and demanding growth every month. In meetings, they're scolding the sales team, and even threatening to sack them if they don't perform. Everyone's looking for a better opportunity, and within six months, 11 ASMs have already left. This company is so badly managed that even ASMs and ZSMs are absconding. HR is also useless, just trying to impose unnecessary rules on store level. What's the point of having a ZSM when all reviews are done by ASM?

Timings r too much as per retail industry the standard timings are 9 hour they take 10,hour. Sales pressure too much the company Co founder Mr. harshil Shalot does have a basic etiquette to speak with females. While drinking he told me if I am being a store manager and my store conversion without accessories was 19% I should jump into well these are words of Company owner and secondaly if your store perfomance was really good then he directly said you are doing nothing it's your team working on it what you are doing boss. Such a unethical bhevaior being a female I got so much scared and uncomfortable while working such an un professional atmosphere where your seniors while drinking talking you like that. Now you think why I didn't raise to harrasment guess what his wife was a chairman for that so no point if I said to a wife that your husband while drinking talking to me like that. And also if you guys don't serve a notice period so they send a mail or a letter that cover up sum sort of amount form you. Because they did to me as well. Firstly the company culture tourtue you and when you plan to left they threating you sending some sort of letter that pay the penalty amount or we should take a legal action against you. This is the company culture boss don't ever join this company.

The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. Worst company. I would recommend you don't join this company; it is the worst for employees.
