There is a perfect diaspora in terms of teaching and learning. The administration is good in evaluating the performance level of employees and they are always imbibing a family culture into the Organization. The colleagues are supportive and very polite in their approach.

Dislikes

Its a while, nay, quite a while that I met my students. Its always adviced to maintain social distancing amidst covid times which is not really enjoyable as a teacher. That is however the destiny of India today. The college maintains strict norms and you need to be a disciplinarian to survive and work here.

Likes

Its a long journey which brings comfort in working environment , as it is very flexible atmosphere. The work environment and the authority is very much supportive . Since it an educational institution the students teacher relationship attracts a lot. Students success makes us proud.

Dislikes

Its a long journey which brings monotony as there is no such opportunity to grow. As it is an old age educational institution and has to abide by certain rules and formalities brings no such improvements of its own and the remuneration is below as I deserve.
