There is a perfect diaspora in terms of teaching and learning. The administration is good in evaluating the performance level of employees and they are always imbibing a family culture into the Organization. The colleagues are supportive and very polite in their approach.

Dislikes

Its a while, nay, quite a while that I met my students. Its always adviced to maintain social distancing amidst covid times which is not really enjoyable as a teacher. That is however the destiny of India today. The college maintains strict norms and you need to be a disciplinarian to survive and work here.

Work Details

Its quite good and enjoyable. New innovations are always cheered about and are encouraged. Absenteeism is low and turnover is limited. Motivational norms are being imbibed in the psychological set up of the employees.
