They told us that they are going to keep our original documents for 2 years until our training completes(no company has right to keep original documents). They provide the most dirty accomodation where water comes only 5 to 8. And when we visited hotel to join they said our main kitchens are close due to low guests and we have to work in cafeteria. Disappointing experience.

This property is single operated by the owner itself. Here you can easily adapt the environment and the culture of the hotel is totally different from the other hotels. The employees are very good and helpful. Mostly foreigner vist the hotel. This hotel is costlier then the other hotels.

It should work on the management of the employees.

It's a great place for learning purpose... If someone truly want to learn hospitality and want to be in upfront.

1. Long hours shifts 2. Cafeteria food is not at good 3. Management is also not so good

This is an heritage hotel owned by the Royal Family and the main thing i like here is that 90% of Guest who visit Hotel are foreigners so there is view of learning and understanding the them and it has an strong coordination between the teamates which is very important for the career and being part of a luxury Hotel. Here we should always ready to make the guest comfortable at any time..Growth all depends on how much you work and environment is average

The Owners are interpreting in daily work as they are finding new ways of doing things which is very bad for being part of the royal family and they do discrimination among staff
