This property is single operated by the owner itself. Here you can easily adapt the environment and the culture of the hotel is totally different from the other hotels. The employees are very good and helpful. Mostly foreigner vist the hotel. This hotel is costlier then the other hotels.

It should work on the management of the employees.

They told us that they are going to keep our original documents for 2 years until our training completes(no company has right to keep original documents). They provide the most dirty accomodation where water comes only 5 to 8. And when we visited hotel to join they said our main kitchens are close due to low guests and we have to work in cafeteria. Disappointing experience.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. It's a great place for learning purpose... If someone truly want to learn hospitality and want to be in upfront.

1. Long hours shifts 2. Cafeteria food is not at good 3. Management is also not so good

Work is all good... What frustrated a lot is the shift timings during the season... There are long hours shifts like 13-14 hours shift and no good cafeteria food.
