Used to like the india packshot pvt company a lot but not any more.

Dislikes

I don’t like there at all because since the MD came in the company he has been waiting for the whole Packshot company and the manager supported him so not put your resume in the company that make the request.

Management is horrible! Internal working of the company is absolutely toxic! Sadly, the so called MD of the company and the HOD’s who left before his reign, literally ruined the lives of the 25 employees working for Trent and after Packshot lost the contract, 25 employees were terminated overnight! With no JOB IN HAND. My advice to anyone wanting to join this place, DONT!

This is the worst organisation in the world. Starting with the so called 'MD' of the company. He is a horrible person, has no morals, ethics or professionalism. Apart from timing and attendance there was no value for anyone working in the company. He needed to be sacked from the start yet management turned a deaf ear to the employees concerns. Ultimately, thanks to him, the company lost their biggest client and in turn a lot of people lost their jobs. We were asked to leave overnight. Only the favourites and henchmen were asked to stay, The MD is a liar and a con artist, who kept hiding about the company being in trouble and played the dirtiest politics amongst employees and management too. Everyone in the upper management needs to resign or retire because they are the most senseless bunch of people and have zero value or respect for hard-working, genuine employees. This company would have prospered but leave it up to the MD, his secretary disguised as 'HR' and the rest of the management to botch things up royally.

I just love the learning culture with new ideas here, Our MD Mr.Neeraj Gupta sir. His nature is super friendly, kind and honest. He is the best boss I have ever meet. He is always ready to help everyone.
