Dislikes

1. HR / Admin. Departments are very weak, they do not have contingency plan for managing professional working personnel neither they have skills to identify the real issue and its timely solution. Thats why most of the competent professional left TNC / came out of TNC resulting in suffering of proper project deliverables. 2. They do not identify the real working hand behind the success of projects. In some cases supervisor have less experience than his subordinate. S/he always wants to take the benefits of subordinates knowledge in making project successful and get promoted. Hide the subordinate capabilities behind even give them professional losses, even try to remove from contract. Such supervisors cannot tolrate competent subordinate they always prefer technically weak colleagues/ subordinates.
