Not recognizing the right staff at right time, without qualification few staff were promoted and getting more salary and they are getting bribes. Nothing to say more going towards downwards in South. Lost the vision and mission.

Creation of large overhead watershed of 14 Heads, costing the mission over 3 crores annually, These were specialists dislodged from their centres brought to head office New Delhi for grotesque opinions, high fly travelling and work from home. the CEO and his core cost around over a crore and when they leave take with them the most profitable, measuring not less than 40 -50lacks each of lumpsome terminal benefits! In the last two regimes total conscientious and sincere honest workers were uprooted, only chemchas, favourite delegations, regionalization and commercialization stand tall.
