I am really happy to share this. Leela palace is very nice place to work. My team mats are different place so it's used to learn other culture also.and my seniors they will teach always.and we will do team outing party and all .and always they will give chance to talent based.

Some times work load and over timing.and i am not satisfy with my salary.

... accommodation, and GM was praising the fact that they don’t give accommodation. They didn’t discussed the salary, because they are confused, they don’t know what they are doing. Leela i hope this is not your true culture 😂

...iding the tiffin door to door to every single person who all were in Bangalore..got the salary that was the best things😊 where I could manage to helpout my family to at those time...

As I said I feel proud to be a part of this company so as I feel there is nothing which I don't like about leela..it's been 18th month of me working so far there is nothing I can say about dislike..I ahve for every opportunity to showcase my skill..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture .Teammates are supportive and management is good and give good salary and bonus every year. I have worked for one year and my experience was great with Leela and ill surely like to work with Leela if ill get a opportunity

Permanent employes they dont treat good with the juniors who came on contract basis and there is lot of politics
