Company is good but need many improvements e.g. there is no employee wellfare, annual increment is very low, management is highly aged even 60 yrs+ persons are working. Less chance for youngesters.

Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Jaiprakash association is a good company. It porduce high-quality product and has a global client base. My all colleagues has goob behaviour and all has give me suppport. It also provide time to time training for workers and engineer but i have not satisfy with working environment of this company.Jaiprakash associat provide free accommodation and free transport service and it as own hospital and gym which is suitable for healthcare.
