Company is good but need many improvements e.g. there is no employee wellfare, annual increment is very low, management is highly aged even 60 yrs+ persons are working. Less chance for youngesters.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client,

Jaiprakash association is a good company. It porduce high-quality product and has a global client base. My all colleagues has goob behaviour and all has give me suppport. It also provide time to time training for workers and engineer but i have not satisfy with working environment of this company.Jaiprakash associat provide free accommodation and free transport service and it as own hospital and gym which is suitable for healthcare.

Very small increment in salaryi. i.e- 250rs per year No bonus and incentive Working environment is poor. There is no stronge coordination between department.
