Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Zero job security. You have to work out of your domain sometimes. No increment, work load will be increase and if you ask for a increment management will start counting your work and somehow they manage to find excuses. All employees are underpaid. HR and leave policies are pathetic. You will get increment if you are in relation with some top management people's otherwise you will treat as a peon. Some people got very good and high increment although they even don't deserve a job just because they are in relation with some top management 😂. Staff in site and city office are doing zero work in real and got good increments.....

Pure politics in city and site offices... Some people's appreciated without doing anything and got great increment while peoples who are working hard don't get anything just more and more work. I myself saw some staffs are sleeping in city office and got hike and appreciation from founders 😂 they are in relationship with some top management people's that's why otherwise they just come and sleep in the office Mr Admin, Mr Loan officers and Ms. All in one. If you are joining here my advice is for you that don't do anything out of your domain and don't work hard you will get nothing...

Only work Pressure and politics. Management will do anything to anyone just to satisfy their EGO's. Only Mr, Chairman sir is the Nice person in whole company because of him everyone is working otherwise its all pathetic. Without a doubt 100 Stars out of 5 for Mr. Chairman
