Their empty promises and shallow initiatives only serve to conceal the failings beneath, while students suffer in an environment unfit for true learning or growth. These so-called leaders have fostered a culture of indifference, leaving morale shattered and aspirations unfulfilled. It is clear that new, capable leaders are essential to bring about any real change and to rebuild the trust and spirit that has been lost.
