Overall a very good experience ,salary will be in time that's too good..I had joined this company in February 2017 nd m getting a lot to learn being a part of this organization ... and important thing m a girl nd I would to say uh guys this company is vary safe for all female persons ... great time of training , activities nd work environment is too good .. Himalaya not gave us a business part or job it's gave us new family " Himalaya Family" ... i really feel proud to be a part of this family ... if this brand give uh opportunity then take that without any negative thought

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.

Salary was on time. At the end of the month you'll get your salary.

It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

...ver last year but in terms of increment is what we get is 4% or 5% currently am. Taking care of 80lakhs business what I am taking salary is 27k only seriously am disappointed on this

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and familiar. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary and increment every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies of new Distributor appointment and the management doesn't address our issues.
