It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

...ver last year but in terms of increment is what we get is 4% or 5% currently am. Taking care of 80lakhs business what I am taking salary is 27k only seriously am disappointed on this

Salary increment is very less. Very less growth. There should be good hike in salary after completing above 100% target. i.e. 20-25%. increment should be applicable.
