Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

...ver last year but in terms of increment is what we get is 4% or 5% currently am. Taking care of 80lakhs business what I am taking salary is 27k only seriously am disappointed on this

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and familiar. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary and increment every year.

There is a lot of policies of new Distributor appointment and the management doesn't address our issues.
