The skill development is good but the management is unaware of market situations and because of unrealistic policies company is getting lower compare to the other brands like mama earth.

The main management is totally unaware about the market situation. They want their employees to achieve targets with low bonus and zero increment. I worked in Himalaya for more than three years and they always refuse for increment but hiring new fresher employees in high wages compare to the experienced one.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good.
