There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls.
During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities.
I would advise females not to work here at all.
...environment and culture, all team members are supportive and management is good. I am on 3rd party pay roll but we get salary on time and all out expenses also on time with bonus.
know dislike onely , himalaya wellness company is good company

• poor compensation. The incentives are same irrespective of the individuals performance.
• The manager of pharma lab quality control is rude, ill-mannered, has no etiquettes, unfit to the post.
^ He's very partial among the team leaders and the analysts.
^ Treats and makes an analyst feel less worthy. Never listens and supports the analysts in case of problems.
^ Fails to recognize his own reportee whom he himself Interviewed and hired!!! Doesn't know who is in which team!!! HOW WOULD YOU CALL SUCH A PERSON A MANAGER!!!????
^ Never appreciates the truly talented hardworking person.
^ While in the mid of some serious conversation, attends his personal calls without even excusing himself!!!!
^ Even after noticing that there is a person who is constantly looking at him and waiting to talk to him (might be something very important), he lightly ignores and continues his conversation over the phone (personal call) for hours.
^ Has a lot of soft corner for a female employee who was his ex employee. Gives a lot of attention and has high trust on that particular lady!!!!
IF THE MANAGEMENT READS THIS, I request you to train him on how to be a manager in true sense and what exactly his responsibilities are as a manager and also train to have some good etiquettes. If not, I would rather suggest you to terminate him and use the amount paid to him in hiring someone worthy. There are many talented people out there. Do not put the company's name in jeopardy having such people working for the company!!!
THE MANAGEMENT CAN JUST LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO LEFT THE ORGANIZATION (specially QC) IN A SPAN OF 6 MONTHS. You will know the reason for their leaving!! Any employee who gives his time and energy in helping you grow the company, deserves to be respected and paid well for their effort and sacrifices.
The skill development is good but the management is unaware of market situations and because of unrealistic policies company is getting lower compare to the other brands like mama earth.
The main management is totally unaware about the market situation. They want their employees to achieve targets with low bonus and zero increment.
I worked in Himalaya for more than three years and they always refuse for increment but hiring new fresher employees in high wages compare to the experienced one.
