Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Supportive team members, always ready to help.

Dislikes

...lso there is no national holidays like 15 Aug or 2 oct. No overpay for overwork. Cuts half of the salary in the name of WFH. No acknowledgement of work by manager as they think you will be overconfident.

I regret working for TFU but I am grateful to work with one of the co-founders.

Dislikes

1) they choose interns for their cheap labour works. 2) nothing will contribute to your personal growth. 3) you are forced to do this things 4) no personal life 5) they will treat you like shit after a period of time 6) they can fire you anytime in name of underperforming 7) They only care for their revenue, they are selling courses that barely help people. 8) in short, dont join!
