Initially we need to bargain for decent salary...sometimes it's very hard to get the desired packages even they have salary budget in HR hands. 8. Nice Workplace/ Atmosphere and we have more freetime to skillup ourselves. Cons - 1. Repeated Jobs - They will not give different roles/more responsibilities. 2. Due to above mentioned reason it's hard to work on challenging projects and feels like lagging behind the outside world same job working professionals. 3. Unless and until we are not vigilant and sitting ideally, damn sure we can't able to learn anything and hard to compete with outside world during switch over to other companies.

Salary for contractors is less.and mostly biased nature with contractors and most important work load is over but Salary amount is less.Everything is for payroll employee not for Contractors.They are also part of success.

The company is open to innovation .I love the fact i am a part of team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has global client base. As a result ,i get to travel abroad ,especially to the US and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location. Mine is a US based client and they have some officers in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times .I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step ,which is a pain sometimes.

Super Place to work , Compensation is best in the industry very few can match it . Employee comes first and development & care is their major priority .Work culture is great
