I was able to meet more people from different culture,gained experience to work with people from United States,Switzerland and other part of India. It helped me expose myself as a trainer also I have conducted several trainings on the requirement of the organisation authority. Leadership qualities and continuous learning about people and their opinions on different things.

There's a lot you can learn as only two people are working in my department. Get to visit different locations and meet different people. Can learn or enhance many skills.

Dislikes

Management decisions are not significant. They are not employee friendly. No growth prospects. Growth opportunities are removed lately making it the worst place to work. Two people handling a thousand issues makes you less efficient unless you work for at least 10 -14 hours a day.
