Don't ever work in this hotel !! I don't want to be racist but this is the reality, in food & beverage department mostly Indian people ! They use their own language in workplace, the management is really bad ! They even can't manage a team, always overtime and split shift. Some employees got injury during work, this is terrible workplace for entry level staff ! Good for the managerial level. The working culture really really bad.. the employee doesn't want to speak to HR about terrible working culture because they don't want lose the job !! But this is over. Don't ever work in this Hotel ! The Chedi Muscat Hotel
