...taff have week off or comp off, I have to do straight shift from 10am to 10pm i.e 12hours where there is no extra pay.

Management issues and unnecessary work pressure given . They don’t work on feedback given to them for betterment of the company. Not a like to fulfill the customer demand in terms of brand availability and launch or come up with those brands which customer never heard off.

Iam very happy to work with quest retail company and i learn lots of things and i develop more knowledge and skills &more support in our company

here there are lots of issues in staff salary package are very low we need bonus , there is staff isuee so we are doing full shifts other then that ok

Salary concern of variable pay need to stop soon as that makes big loss for us towards our efforts .....bcz they plan incentive structure also which we will earn on target achievement only but here we are facing issue for variable pay + incentive too on target achievement condition apply
