Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Smooth on board , permanent WFH , salary on time

Dislikes

They check your performance every month , so if at anytime , your manager report wrong feedback, you will be fired without any notice and it doesn't matter how long you are working with them . Also they hired for bulk but after getting funds from investor they will fire you in the name of downsizing . It is not recommend to join this type of newly company .
