Bad Work culture. No work life balance. Lot of stress. Politics and favouritism. Be available all the time even after working hours even if you are on sick leave be available for them and give worksheets and all … even if you are goin on planned leave prepare everything for your class and go … even if your leaving your job you are supposed to leave lesson plans and worksheet till other teacher joins and even after all that they will not appreciate you..

First no job security, they have taken my content test, demo it took an average time of one month.then they call me for substitute teacher only for one month and if I asked about extension of my contract they said I need to improve. If I was not perfect why did they appointed first? H R just keep you on hope that we will guide you.And leaders say something on your face and something behind.they don't respect talented people . They use people.

There are ample of things to put down in this bucket. The discipline and respect towards each other in the premises is no where to be found. Neither from the children nor from the LT. Despite of continuous reporting of certain issues they aren't taken into account leading the teacher to forcefully end up putting down the papers as no support is being created. This is leading to alot of mental stress and makes the teacher feel overwhelmed. After trying the level best, no appreciation is been given. A lot of biases and favouritism has been observed from the LT. Be it the requesting the LT to support, personal grudges are reflected in the behaviours due to favouritism and biases. Definitely, there's alot you can learn but at the cost of your mental peace. I think like having a safe and sound environment for children is necessary so it is for the teachers!

Children are severely behaviorally challenged which causes severe mental strain on teachers. And all lesson plans are to be created and reviewed one week before.
