Children are severely behaviorally challenged which causes severe mental strain on teachers. And all lesson plans are to be created and reviewed one week before.

Lot of learning for teachers and students. New pedagogy used .

Dislikes

Students are not at all in discipline. Teachers are overburdened. No consequence for students. Parents are very less invested. No discipline,so less learning of students.Teacher take lot of efforts,but students do not take any effort and least bothered.

Once you are confirmed,then there is no risk in removing you from the organisation,the culture of the organisation is the same but the school leaders are very different from one another,they set their own culture in the school and that's how challenges occurs.Policies like CPP (child protection policy) is taken care of, teachers aren't allowed to hit or scold the students infront of anyone.

Dislikes

I don't like the norms which the leaders have created for their own school,it differs from school to school and that's how miscommunication starts.Its a nature of human life that they keep comparing their school with another Akanksha school.So be uniform in everything.

I am no longer with them,it's been one month that I left the organisation.But overall my experience was superb,I got to learn a lot from them,the staff was very helpful and friendly.I worked here for almost 16 years.I miss my school but life has to go on.

Akanksha as an NGO is good,They treat us as a family member.Internal job position/recruitment is sent through a mail to everyone,if applicant from organization feels to apply then they go ahead with interview process.First priorities has been always provided to internal people and then it goes out.

Dislikes

If you see school wise,the leader has thier own perspective towards their school,then they don't see as a whole organization.They have different rule, different set up, different goals etc..favouritism game has been played here a lot.

I am up to date as a person.I do my job sincerely and I am a deadline booster,so I don't have any personal conflicts with anyone.
