Something which is good about the organisation is it working for a social cause and bringing in a change in lives of many.

Dislikes

There are ample of things to put down in this bucket. The discipline and respect towards each other in the premises is no where to be found. Neither from the children nor from the LT. Despite of continuous reporting of certain issues they aren't taken into account leading the teacher to forcefully end up putting down the papers as no support is being created. This is leading to alot of mental stress and makes the teacher feel overwhelmed. After trying the level best, no appreciation is been given. A lot of biases and favouritism has been observed from the LT. Be it the requesting the LT to support, personal grudges are reflected in the behaviours due to favouritism and biases. Definitely, there's alot you can learn but at the cost of your mental peace. I think like having a safe and sound environment for children is necessary so it is for the teachers!...Read More

Favoritism game playing by there team Leaders, No Job Security, Stressful Environment, Stressful Working hours, Undisciplined Students, Negative Feedback always, They do not think about student point of View that the students are underprivileged, not at all parents involvement, Teachers Are too Much Burdenised, Not good Place for your Mental Health .Don't go just for looking there salaries,Otherwise after few days you will automatically Leave them....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I got a chance to teach our children moral values, so that in future they became a good human being which is very important in current generation. 😇

Woking at akansha was real fun.. memories I created are treasured for life . Extremely supportive teacher panel. Through trainings, brief introduction, teacher improvisation, awesome work culture. Infact teacher peer learning happens often, which is constant flow of new ideas.. love the work culture..

Dislikes

Only problem which led me to quit was extremely heavy working hours which does nt lead to work life balance. Heavy classroom hours cause my vocal nodules to swell n I lost my voice for almost a year.. but fun n work at akansha can compensate it all.. loved being there.

Work Details

Work life was amazing in class.. I only struggled maintaining work n personal life balance.. as Woking hours were 10am -6pm which eventually ended by 7 pm as we couldn't leave till all kids go. Teachers also have work after school to keep planning next.
