nothing is good - they are just forcing their employees to sell their product "geeta community subscription" to all people as a solution to all their problems - that's how they majorly make people know and realize their problems and only talk about problems, problems and problems

Dislikes

Role is described as "work from home" job but relocating to greater noida is mandatory the work schedule is as follows: 7:30am to 1:30pm 1:30pm to 3:30pm is break 3:30pm to 6:30pm with work extending to 10:30pm or 11:00pm depending on target completion as they explain this role as mission driven which leaves little room for work life balance - they also justify working till 2am in the morning by giving their own examples they only give for leave per month including sick leave and do not have any other holiday or even weekend off - there is no mention of addtional holiday
