In this foundation very more good opportunity provided many transport PF fund growth salary and in fabric time according to working and good business for education sector.

Bharti Foundation is a good company and those working in it get a good off opportunity and also enjoying.The management here is good and the team work is also good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also very less here and career growth is also less.

Good work environment and culture. Team management is supportive and transparent. Companies policies are good.

Working at Satya Bharti Foundation is quite good but no proper increment in salary and personal growth.

Some time reportong managers not tell acheivements of his/her reportees. Teportimg manager not doing his workhe is delegate his work to reportee. I would suggest allow to submit or cc all type of reports/performance a least one level senior person

...rt from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. The organisation supported fully by allowing us to work from home and paid full salary on time.
