No job security, you wont learn anything. They consisder only if you a relative of the managers and they assign the task, hike, bonus relative so. if not you are not been recognized. No work culture, simply waste.

There is a brahmin politics in the office set of brahmin family working in office if we not favour for them they will tell gm that our performance is not good and they fire that employee from office this is what happened in thapovan info system Pvt Ltd

No likes that much, since it was initially good and the best one ever we work. But currently nothing is good to say. Management is very terrible. Timings are very worst asking to work for long hours. Simply no employee friendly. Everything has changed due to new management
