The co.is an ISO certified company with good ethics & values. I was happy to share that every year there was extra curricular activities like picnics, tours, sports competition s etc, were being conducted in which I was also a partner.

Sometimes, I felt that there was partiality about the caste feeling during annual appraisals. Since, I was suppressed for more than 3 years and hence, I left that organisation.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
