Interview process is very long. Took 3 months to confirm. The senior employees have quite a hold on everything that happens in the department. They tend to use this in their favour and can abuse the newer employees.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.
