There was no growth either its personal or professionals, (Boss) Global IT Head say he was coming from culture where he was not seeing any single change in any firewall three or four months, he doesn't like changes on network, looks like he is not habitual with new technology or new development requirement which require maintenance or perform audit on network, Actually, looks like accidental IT Head, he was not uncomfortable with people and if they are skilled, he was not stay on his words, he was not even introducing anyone with his boss, and top management also not interested to interact with any employees, he is doing job like dictator, if he doesn't like you will be fired without any notice, no job security.

Keeping our company shut down through the lock down has been a big challenge. Our company From multiple stages of santization, to social distancing and provision of PPEs, some actions that require, we are taking all possible actions but to minimize the risks and keep our work place and our employees safe

Employees safety is the most important but real hard working performers(electricians) contribution is not being recognized, so there is no job safety and our company security guard employees as an situation in this hard time so these benefits are must given
