Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. My team was very good that's how I survived my time here.One of the worst companies I have ever seen In my entire career, The Father Son Duo act as if they own the world here. Seriously not recommended.
