...e very very difficult. our Insurance related project, the management is worst. for testing related stuff, the management have a presumption that testing guyz don't deserve more salary. huge appraisal gap between development and testing team. Development team will always get more hikes then testing.

This company is completely a failure. Recruited multiple personnels for Duck Creek skill and then were unable to find any client in the market. Management is so pathetic that they lost their existing clients as well. Now they are in process of laying off the complete staff. Worst company to work with.

Plenty of thing to dislike. Their management, office without any culture. Higher management completely clueless.

Nothing, it is a very bad organization with very rude HRs who lie to make a candidate join the company and then show their real face. They just want to harm employees if the employee does not blindly follow their orders.

The interview process is very meticulous with multiple rounds. I haven't met any colleague here who is incompetent in any manner. Somehow project staff is just top notch because of very good Talent Acquisition.

Tetrasoft manager are mostly running a sweat shop. No respect for employees. Your client may have good reviews, but that doesn't reflect in appraisal.
