... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

No way to know our ratings. If we get to know our negatives then we will be able to correct it. Less hike

They pay you good according to their need and marker standards

1. No in house projects, everything depends on clients 2. Manager hardly bothers about you until unless you are in bench 3. You are just a puppet to fetch money from clients

Salary, company culture, work life balance, supportive colleagues.

Less hike in appraisal. Reporting manager is worst. He even not listen concern of employees. Worst HR. They don't have any rights. Everything is decided by manager only.

It is good that the company is securing all the clients and work efforts are balanced from the client's side. In this situation, the job security matters and there is no worries regarding that.

Dislikes

As the clients are still same, the profit will also be there. It has been said that there won't be any revision in the salary for this year but the pandemic became crucial only by the end of March. The compensation can be done for the past months which we have worked.
